Policies

Campground Rules

  • General Rules
  • 1) Speed Limit – The speed limit throughout the campground is 5 MPH and must be followed at all times.
  • 2) Quiet Time – Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of your fellow campers.
  • 3) Radios & Generators – No radios or generators after 10:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.
  • 4) Vehicle Use – No driving within the campground after 11:00 PM.
  • 5) No Refunds – We do not issue refunds due to weather, work obligations, or other circumstances.
  • 6) Check-in & Check-out
  • Check-in: 2:00 PM (Early check-in requires prior approval; unauthorized early check-in incurs a minimum $10 fee).
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM (Late check-out requires prior approval; unauthorized late check-out incurs a minimum $10 fee).
  • 7) Private Property Notice
  • The campground is private property.
  • No river access, fishing or day-use allowed unless camping or visiting registered guests.
  • Campsite & Parking Rules
  • 8) Outdoor Mats & Tarps – Not allowed on grass at any time.
  • 9) Tent Sites
  • Tents must be moved every two nights to prevent grass damage.
  • No outdoor mats or tarps on tent sites.
  • No parking or driving on tent-only sites – park in designated areas and unload from the road
  • 10) Vehicle Parking
  • One vehicle per campsite for electric, water and electric, and full hookup sites.
  • No parking on tent-only sites.
  • Must follow site directions (e.g., back-in only if directed).
  • No “awning-to-awning” parking with campers.
  • All vehicles must have a campground car pass.
  • Unauthorized vehicles will be towed if they refuse to pay.
  • 11) Site Occupancy:
  • Tent-Only Sites (No Hookups): Maximum 2 tents per site.
  • Electric, Water & Electric, and Full Hookup Sites: 1 camper & 1 tent allowed.
  • Full Hookup & Most Water & Electric Sites: No tents-only. Must have camper.
  • Electric-Only Sites: Tents are allowed.
  • Maximum of 6 people per site.
  • 12) Golf Carts, UTVs & ATVs
  • Golf carts are allowed.
  • UTVs & ATVs are not permitted.
  • Campfires & Waste Disposal
  • 13) Fire Pits
  • Do not move fire pits – a $50 fee will be charged for unauthorized movement.
  • Burn charcoal or wood only – No trash or garbage.
  • Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the site.
  • 14) Site Cleanliness
  • Guests must clean up after themselves: all trash, cigarette butts, bottle caps, and pet waste must be disposed of properly.
  • Dumpsters are available – do not leave trash at the site.
  • Failure to clean the site will result in a minimum $25 fee.
  • 15) Hot Liquids & Cooking Oil
  • Do not dump on the campsite.
  • Dispose of in fire pits or gravel roads.
  • 16) Portable Toilets
  • No trash in portable toilets – Anyone found putting trash in the portable toilets may be asked to leave the campground.
  • Pet Rules
  • 17) Leash & Supervision
  • Pets must be leashed while walking and tethered at the campsite.
  • Do not leave pets unattended.
  • 18) Pet Waste & Damage
  • Owners must pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
  • Do not dispose of pet waste in portable toilets. Anyone found putting trash in the portable toilets may be asked to leave the campground.
  • Minimum $25 fee for pet-related site damage or waste not cleaned up.
  • Visitor Policy
  • 19) Visitor Check-In & Fees
  • All visitors must pay upon arrival at the office.
  • Fees: $3 per adult, $1 per child (5 and under are free).
  • Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM.
  • Playground & Common Areas
  • 20) Playground Rules
  • Playground is closed during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
  • Children must be supervised by an adult.
  • No rock throwing.
  • 21) Respect for Other Campers
  • Do not walk through other campsites – please respect others’ space.

Campground Rules – Summary

  1. 5 MPH speed limit throughout the campground.
  2. Quiet time is 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (No playground use during this time). Radios & Generators off by 10:00 PM. Limit Driving after 11:00 PM.
  3. No outdoor mats or tarps on the grass. Tenter campers must move their tent every two nights.
  4. Visitors must check in and pay upon arrival. Fees: $3 per adult, $1 per child (5 & under free). Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM.
  5. Parking: No parking or driving on no hookup sites. One vehicle allow to park on sites with hookups.Vehicles must have a car pass – unauthorized vehicles will be towed if payment is refused.
  6. No parking awning to awning. Follow the parking directions given.
  7. Golf carts are allowed; UTVs & ATVs are not.
  8. Keep your site clean – failure to do so results in a $25+ fee.No dumping hot liquids or cooking oil on the site (use fire pit or gravel roads).
  9. Do not move fire pits ($50+ fee). Burn only wood or charcoal – no trash. Extinguish before leaving.
  10. Pets must be leashed or tethered. Do not leave pets unattended. Owners must clean up pet waste ($25+ fee for damage or uncleaned waste).
  11. No Refunds for weather, work, or other reasons.
  12. Private Property: No river access, fishing or day-use for non-registered guests.
  13. No trash in portable toilets – violators will be asked to leave.
  14. Supervise children at the playground. No rock throwing.
  15. Be Respectful and do not walk through other campsites.
  16. Site occupancy: Max 6 people per site. Max 2 tents per no hookup site. 1 camper and 1 tent allowed on sites with hookups. No tent-only on full hookup or water and electric sites.
  17. No fireworks
